The homes typically run wireless internet of one router and the student share the cost of one Road Runner service.
Yes. Many homes have two car garage and all have parking in the back yard - so no street parking! Each student has a designated parking spot and in general you can get in and out without having to move other cars.
Yes. All homes have washers and dryers for the students to use at no additional cost. A few homes have two washers and two dryers so that you can run two loads at the same time.
Walking! The Medical center is across the street and about 100 yards from the Crittenden Blvd homes. The Medical school is in the medical center less than 5 minutes walk. The nursing school is on Castleman - less than 5 minutes walk from ony of the homes and closer from the 168 Irvington house (2 minutes).
Yes. The student rooms are for you to furnish. Only one of our rooms have furniture namely Master South at 94 Raleigh Street.
Yes. Common area are fully furnished, sofas, tables, rugs, paintings, chairs and lamps. TV are typically provided by the students, but two homes actually have TV sets; 168 Irvington Rd has a large wall mounted 42 inch flat screen TV and 115 Irvington Rd has a 37 inch TV.
The students decides among them selves if the need to have Cable and which service is right for them.

Yes. Only one person can be living in the room you rent, but guests are allowed.
12 months.
You pay security deposit when you sign the lease and secure your room. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
You pay first and last month's rent on the first day of the lease.
All homes have air conditioning. All are central a/c except 115 Irvington Rd that has window air conditioners.
No. You walk to school. You may need a car if you have off site rotations or like to travel the area, but to get to school you certainly don't need a car.
Yes. The White Coat Ghetto is full of medical and nursing students. This is the number one area to live in for students related to the medical center.
All doors have key pad locks and the codes can be electrincally changed as often as needed. Therefor no uncertanty of who has access to the house or student room.
The utility costs are split bewteen the students. They are higher in the winter and lower in the summer all dependent on how much is used. The monthly average per student for last year was:
