In the Penthouse you will have one bedroom and one study separated with a door
When you enter he Penthouse from the stair from the second floor you will first come in to the bedroom
You can bring up a 54 wide matress to the Penthouse
The same size springbox would not go up there unless you can take it appart
The widest rigid bject you can bring up through the stair is about 44 inches, The matress is flexible and can therefore be a little wider and still go up
The entire house has central a/c, but a separate window a/c is provided for the Penthouse. In rochester this is needed only a few days per year - but it is good to have when it is 90 degree - even if only a few days per year
